A forum allows you to learn about various business opportunities that have worked for others. It also allows you to "post" (write) about opportunities you have found. This means that you may convince others to join your the program you have joined and when someone joins your program by clicking your referral link, you will build a downline automatically that can be very profitable.
A Monitor site is a website which invites the owners of money-making programs to list the details of their program. Members of that program will then "rate" the efficiency and the payments made by the program. The better the rating, the better the opportunity to make money.
